- Estimated Delivery Time: The delivery process usually takes between 3 to 5 business days. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe and may be affected by the shipping carrier's circumstances. At Silver Samo, we continuously follow up with them to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
2. Multiple Item Shipping Policy
- If your order contains more than one product with different processing times, all products will be shipped together based on the item that requires the longest processing time.
- Separate Shipping: If you wish to receive ready items immediately and have others shipped later, you may request this, provided you bear the additional shipping costs for each separate shipment.
3. Non-Receipt of Shipment Policy
In the event that the order is not received by the customer and is returned to the store by the shipping company, the purchase amount will be refunded to the customer after deducting the following costs:
- Base Shipping Cost: (The actual value charged by the shipping carrier).
- Return Shipping Fees: (Varies according to the carrier's policy).
- Administrative and Operational Fees: Actual non-refundable fees charged by electronic payment gateways or the shipping company (if any) will be deducted based on what was actually paid at the time of order execution.
