Exchange, Return, and Warranty Policy - Silver Samo

At Silver Samo, we always strive to ensure your satisfaction. Because we are committed to providing the highest quality medical supplies, we present our Exchange and Return Policy to guarantee your rights.


First: General Conditions for Exchange and Return

  • Timeframe: The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within 7 days only from the date of receiving the order.
  • Proof of Purchase: The original official invoice must be attached to the product upon request.
  • Product Condition: The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. Used products or those with damaged packaging will not be accepted.

Second: Medical Furniture Policy (Beds, Chairs, etc.)

At Silver Samo, we apologize for not being able to exchange or return medical furniture after delivery or installation for hygienic reasons and due to the nature of the product. However, the customer has the right to cancel only in the following cases:

  1. If delivery to the customer's site is not completed within a maximum of 3 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Within one day of the date of receipt if a defect is found (prior to use).

Third: Products Excluded from Exchange and Return (Hygienic Reasons)

Based on health regulations and for your safety, we apologize for not being able to return or exchange the following categories once they leave the showroom or their packaging is opened:

  • Medical mattresses, braces (supports), and respiratory devices.
  • Sensitive medical equipment.
  • Commode chairs, wheelchairs, and electric wheelchairs (after assembly/installation).
  • Cosmetic binders (shapewear) and undergarments.
  • Cosmetic and personal use products.

Fourth: Shipping and Return Fees

  • Customer Preference: If the return is due to the customer's personal preference and the product is intact, the customer shall bear the shipping costs.
  • Defects or Flaws: At Silver Samo, we bear all shipping costs in the event of a manufacturing defect or flaw. Photos of the defect must be sent to: [email protected].

Fifth: Refund Mechanism

  • Credit Cards: The amount will be refunded to the same card used. The process may take 7 to 14 business days depending on the bank's policy.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): The amount will be transferred to the customer's bank account (after deducting COD fees). The process takes 7 to 14 business days.

Sixth: Warranty for Electrical Devices

We are committed to providing a two-year warranty on electrical devices according to the following conditions:

  • The warranty begins from the purchase date shown on the invoice.
  • Warranty can be verified via the invoice, order number, or any approved proof of purchase.
  • Operating Instructions: Please read the user manual carefully and ensure voltage compatibility. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from using an incorrect power source.

Important Notes:

  • At Silver Samo, we process requests within 3 business days.
  • Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
